Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms of service govern the relationship between ET LOGISTIKA d.o.o., Kamniška ulica 52, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter: "the provider") and the service customer (hereinafter: "the customer").

By ordering a service, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms of service and agree to them.

2. Services

The provider offers the following services:

  • Cargo transport with own vehicles (up to 3,500 kg)
  • Pallet transport (up to 10 pallets by van, up to 17 pallets with trailer)
  • Express deliveries across Slovenia and the EU
  • International transport to EU countries
  • Construction equipment rental (mini excavators, backhoe loaders, vibratory plates, rollers)

3. Order and Confirmation

Services can be ordered by phone, email or through the contact form on the website. An order is confirmed when the provider confirms acceptance of the order and execution terms in writing (by email or SMS).

4. Prices and Payment

Service prices are specified in the offer prepared by the provider based on the customer's inquiry. All prices are in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment must be made within the period specified on the invoice. In case of late payment, the provider reserves the right to charge statutory default interest.

5. Customer Obligations

The customer is obliged to:

  • Provide accurate information about the cargo (type, weight, dimensions)
  • Ensure accessibility of the loading and unloading location
  • Communicate any changes in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper packaging of goods

6. Provider Obligations

The provider undertakes to:

  • Carry out transport within the agreed timeframe
  • Handle cargo with care during transport
  • Provide suitable and maintained vehicles
  • Notify the customer of any delays or issues

7. Liability and Insurance

The provider is liable for damage to cargo that occurs during transport due to their fault, in accordance with applicable legislation. All provider vehicles are insured for goods transport.

The provider is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the customer, inadequate packaging or force majeure.

8. Construction Equipment Rental

Additional terms apply to construction equipment rental: the customer is responsible for proper use of the machine during the rental period. Any damage resulting from improper use is borne by the customer. Machines must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excluded).

9. Service Cancellation

The customer may cancel an ordered service free of charge at least 24 hours before the agreed date. For later cancellations, the provider reserves the right to charge costs already incurred.

10. Dispute Resolution

The court in Maribor, Slovenia has jurisdiction for resolving any disputes. The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies to the relationship between the provider and the customer.
